Informed Decisions will provide all clients with a detailed home inspection report which includes both digital and infrared photos (if applicable) electronically within 24 hours. | A pre delivery inspection or PDI, is a thorough examination of a brand new home. It gives the home buyer a chance to walk through the new home with the home builder to document any problems which need to be repaired by the builder prior to delivery. This is a verbal consultation only. |

| For newer homes covered under TARION (formerly the Ontario new home warranty program), a warranty inspection provides the home owner the ability to address any deficiencies by the home builder prior to the expiration of the 1 year warranty that begins the day you take possession of your new home. |

| The Informed Decisions preventative maintenance/seasonal inspection is designed to give the home owner peace of mind that they are doing what is required to upkeep their home and to prevent larger problems in the future. It is designed so that a small problem is identified before they become a larger repair and expense. The Infrared imaging is offered with this inspection to help identify energy losses and to possibly find leakages not visible to the naked eye. This is a verbal consultation only. |
